Give funding to ice-cream vans to visit smaller villages

Petition Details

I feel that small villages are starting to become very quiet, without pubs or shops. I think having an ice cream van could allow people to buy cold drinks, instead of having to travel miles to purchase them.

Additional Information

I think villages should have the same access to basic things as big towns and bigger villages do.
