Requesting pedestrian crossing
I am urgently requesting a pedestrian safety at the junction of Penwith Road and Strathville Road in Earlsfield.
This junction has become increasingly hazardous, especially for schoolchildren and families in the area.
Penwith Road is a busy and fast-moving through road, and the lack of a pedestrian crossing at this junction makes it particularly dangerous. It is a key route for children walking to nearby schools such as Wimbledon Park Primary and Earlsfield Primary. Every day, young children are forced to navigate this busy crossing without the protection of a designated crossing point.
