Age restrict the use of electronic bikes & scooters, and where they can be used.
Introduce a minimum age for using e-bike and e-scooters, and make it illegal for them to be used in public places (such as parks/playing fields) and pavements.
Introduce the requirement of a provisional license and insurance in order to purchase and use an e-bike and e-scooter.
