We think people carry a knife with intent to severely hurt or kill.

Additional Information

We think knife crime is rife in this country because the laws are too relaxed. We think knife crime has increased because the punishments are too lenient that degrades the seriousness of the crime.
We think that if you carry a knife you are going out with the intent to severely hurt or kill.
