Replace exams with something useful.

Additional Information

Exams are a totally unfair way of judging someone's knowledge of a subject. Clever people may do badly because they do not respond well to this type of testing. A new way of testing knowledge of a subject needs to be devised. Exams are only good for telling you how good you are at exams, not at a subject.
