Change for kids with mental challenges or disabilities to smoke/vape at school
Make a new law that states all secondary children with mental a illness and or disability should be allowed to smoke/vape on school premises
I believe that children in schools with mental illnesses and or disabilities will be able to function better knowing that they can go for a smoke/vape
