Consumer compensation for fake delivery attempts or delays
Parcel companies often claim a package has had delivery attempted when it hasn't. This robs the public and businesses of time and vital goods on a regular basis. The public and businesses should be entitled to compensation.
Either fine parcel couriers for delays and fake missed deliveries (they have GPS in their vans to prove it), or allow consumers to receive compensation.
