Install Air Conditioning on London Underground Tube Trains
Install air conditioning on all Tube trains. Overheating puts pregnant people, asthma sufferers and the elderly at serious risk. Other cities like New York and Tokyo managed it — London must too. It’s a matter of health, safety and equality.
The government must ensure air conditioning on all Tube trains because overheating is a public health issue. Pregnant people, those with asthma, and the elderly face real danger in extreme heat. Other global cities have solved this. Londoners deserve safe, accessible transport too.
