Companies cannot make individuals cover tattoos as long as they're not offensive!
I believe it to be wrong that a company can discriminate against an individual for expressing his or herself with tattoos. As long as they do not preach hate, sexual content, violence or other offensive material, tattoos should be up to the individual to showcase them or not.
It's unfair to section out personal with tattoos especially during hot weather when they have to wear long sleeves to cover up!
