requiring all eligible citizens to vote in general and local elections, while preserving the right to formally abstain on the ballot. Those who fail to participate (without a valid reason) shall incur a modest fine, ensuring civic responsibility while respecting individual choice.
Why This Matters
To improve on democracy overall, with full public engagement, this will be the best way to improve local and national turn out in elections.
