Seize boats used to transport illegal immigrants
It is possible that the same boats are being used over and over again. Seizing the boats prevents transporting more illegal immigrants.
Government wants to stop the boats. Here is a straight forward strategy to do exactly that. Especially as the boats are usually overloaded with too many people on board which is very unsafe.
