Make parents liable for their children

Additional Information

Parents have a duty of care for their children, to protect their children from harm, and to protect third parties from the actions of their children. This duty extends from 0 to 18 years. Legislation shall be passed to allow HM representatives and third parties to hold parents liable for their children.
