Change the right to roam cat law.
To make cat owners responsible. Owning any pet, regardless of species should not be taken lightly. The right to roam law for cats is drastically outdated.
Cats suffer illnesses, parasite infestation, accidents and at times death, keeping them contained on the owners own property is not "unfair" or "cruel" it is showing responsibility and care for the animal. Cats are also the cause of a very large decline in wildlife, wild birds in particular. Cats kill between 40 - 70 million birds annually in the UK.
