Make terrorism/ treason a capital offence on UK soil if terrorist want to kill ordinary citizens
as well as the state protectors then that is an act of war.If the ideology is for martyrdom then hanging will take them to there maker incarcerating them makes them figure heads. Where's Saddam or Gadaffi now.
