Reverse the decision to Self-ID as Trans without diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria
Ban Self ID for trans people, Allow Photo ID with Gender Recognition Certificate for only Trans people who have had SRS/GRS.
It is to protect females, preventing males entering female spaces in a state of undress. Preventing sex offenders identifying as Trans entering female spaces.

It is not possible to self-identify as transgender.
You could start a new petition asking to require surgery to obtain a GRC.
