Disruption to small businesses in Blackheath town rowley regis due to roadworks.
Help small businesses against the council claim for loss of earnings, staff members loosing pay ,loss of stock due to selling fresh meat and the town is loosing customers more and more week by week due to disruption of roadworks that the community of blackheath apposed they didn't want to change!
