Enforce stricter punishment for animal cruelty.
Consider my suggestion to help prevent animal cruelty and hold people accountable for the awful crimes committed.
I would like this to be done because so often I see true horror stories about innocent animals who have been neglected and abused. People who have committed these awful crimes have had a ban from having animals and community service. I think if people are capable of this such a light punishment wont stop them from doing it again or anyone else from doing it at all. Animals deserve better.
