Leaving rehab protection for vulnerable people
It should be a criminal offence for someone to knowingly give the vulnerable person the chemical (drugs or alcohol) on release from rehab. This period of time should be at least one month from the date of leaving.
This should make it easier for some vulnerable people to succeed.
