If a petition reaches more than 300,000 signs a national election can be held
When a petitions reaches past 300,000 signatures an election should be held to give more control to the public and for the petition to be heard across the country. This will give power the people in making a change in their country
I believe the government, while the government hears our petition, most just get dismissed instead of change actually being made. This causes the public to feel unheard and belittles the public
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure if you mean any petition or one calling for a general election.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
