carbon footprint of new cars

Additional Information

I would like all car makers to declare how polluting or not there cars are. To give a carbon footprint which includes the making, owning and scrapping after say 150000 miles. The purpose will be to see how good all the new cars are. Which are the best to own ie Petrol, Diesel, Electric or Hybrid.
