Idiotic Councils
An electrician who spent £10,000 on security fence after being burgled TEN times has to take barrier down - as it might scare motorists
Graham Jaggar, 51, shelled out on the barrier after thieves relentlessly targeted his home over a two-month period
Councils should use common sense but they obviously don't have any
