Value Our Youth: Equal Pay for Young Workers in the UK
We urge the government to reconsider the age-based minimum wage structure. While the intention may be to encourage youth employment, the current system risks undervaluing young workers and discouraging their participation in the workforce.
We believe that a fair wage, regardless of age, is essential for fostering a motivated and productive workforce, and for ensuring that all workers can afford a decent standard of living.
