Require all GP receptionists to have medical qualifications

Petition Details

We urge the Government to pass a law to require all receptionists to have finished a course in clinical healthcare and have a medical qualification in order for them to appropriately direct patients to the correct support needed effective immediately.

Additional Information

We believe appointments to see medical professionals in a GP surgery has become a challenging.
