The banks have fiddled the foreign exchange rate to their own advantage, at the expense of all of us, during the period 2006 - 2013. They should therefore reimburse everyone £100 for each of these years, at total of £700. Likewise they should also refund the same amount for anyone whomay have taken a holiday abroad ( in total another £700 ). For those who bought a holiday / retirement home overseas, they paid far to much and should get another £1600.
