Call for UN peacekeepers and humanitarian access infrastructure in Gaza.
We ask The UK to work with a Middle East partner to request UN peacekeepers in Gaza and support a UN-managed temporary airstrip and port to ensure safe humanitarian access, protect civilians, restore essential services, and enable long-term recovery and reconstruction.
Gaza faces famine, mass displacement, and collapsed health systems. Over 60,000 civilians have died. The UK, given its historic role, should partner with a Middle East country to table a UN resolution for peacekeepers and a UN-managed airstrip and port to ensure safe aid access and support the reconstruction of infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, sustainable housing, water treatment stations and some sort of leisure facilities. Please
