Compulsory dog licensing in Great Britain
Make Dog licensing compulsory in Great Britain.
Enforcing this law could encourage owners to take a more responsible approach to buying and caring for their dog and will potentially discourage people buying dogs for unethical sports/activities.
Dog Licensing may also make it easier to identify a dogs owner and address if the dog escapes or goes missing and is found as well as helping identify puppy farming and other unethical breeding practices.
