Redress for consumers against business for failed attendance if threatened on us
When customers are under threat of charges if an appointment is failed give the customers the right to charge back the equivalent of the days holiday taken as this reduces the time off work and effects child commitments
Write it into the consumer rights as a compulsory way for redress
