Ban any material that insults the Prophet Muhammad

Additional Information

We the British Muslim's want, any Videos, Cartoons, Books and any other form of media that is used to dishonour and insult the Prophet (pbuh) to be banned from being allowed to be published/shown/broadcasted etc. Prophet Muhammad Is followed by 1.6 billion Muslims Worldwide, making up over 24% of the world population and over 3 million Muslims in the united kingdom.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The government cannot legislate about what is 'insulting' as that may mean different things to different people.

there are, however, currently debates in the public arena about what constitutes freedom of speech.

Complaints about what is in the media can be made to the Independent Press Standards Organisation, and they will consider each case.
