Restricting Journalists Reports During Terrorist Events.

Additional Information

During World War 2, one of the posters said careless talk costs lives. On January 9, 2015 reports from France said that 2 brothers were holding a hostage.
On January 10, 2015 the BBC News website reported that they didn't know that he was hiding in the building.
They would have if they had had access to any live media.
Live ongoing Terrorist activities, where hostages are known to be present, should be censored, for the safety of the perceived hostage(s).
