Apply the proposed 40% of eligible voters to votes in all aspects of our governance, especially where elections to the House of Commons is concerned.

Additional Information

Only 6 of the present bunch of clowns running this country achieved a 40% vote of the total turnout. Under this rule over 600 constituencies would have the indisputable benefit of NOT having a politician representing them. We would all be better with unelected civil servants running the country than having unelected clowns playing at it.
