Self Chosen Castration
Whilst it has been suggested there should be compusory castration (either chemically or physically) for convicted paedophiles, I believe there should be a self-choice option
If you are a paedophile or feel intense sexual urges to become one, or a rapist in general terms, then you should have the option to choose castration
Obviously there would have to be strict controls in place, as there is with euthanasia, to show that the person concerned is fully aware of the implications & are of sound mind mentally.
