allow conjugal in all UK prisons
To allow sex with partners while they are in prison, to keep there relationship together and to keep prisoner's more calmer whilst in prison. Not having sex with partners could effect not just the couples but the children also due to some partners moving on... Etc.. Also most of the time it's only one of the pairs reason on why there in prison (if guilty) so very unfair on the other. prisoner's should be allowed if on remand as they haven't been sentenced and could walk free!
