People over 18 and in full time education should not pay for health costs!

Additional Information

People that are 18 and in full time education can get prescriptions, dental care and eye care for free. People over 19 and in full time education, eg. college or university should be entitled the same as majority of students can't afford to pay for these costs. Also student loans should not count as income when filling out a HC1 form as at the end of the day students will have to pay this back.
