Gumtree animal advertising regulations

Regulations need to be applied to Gumtree (and other free selling sites).
- Animals must not be given away for free.
- Rehoming centres or reputable fosterers should be used for unwanted animals
- Any animals being advertised for a monetary value must be checked to ensure the animal is not stolen, microchipping dogs is going to be enforced soon so there should be no reason for not checking dogs.

So many dogs are being stolen and sold on for a profit. So many animals are being given away for free and then being found dead a short while later. Gumtree is the place where a lot of these transactions take place and it needs to now stop.

Please do something about this.
