Give employees the right to bereavement Leave for Death of a Colleague
I would like the Government/Parliament to give employees the right to bereavement leave if a colleague dies. So people don't need to worry about job security if they feel they need to take time off.
Those in the armed forces/emergency services can lose colleagues through their work. In retail/hospitality it can also be really tough if people lose a colleague for them to have to go into work and open up, serve customers etc, when struggling with emotions.
