Increase minimum Fines starting at £1000 and require those caught more than once to be banned from driving.

Additional Information

At this time many Drivers Speed putting Lives at Risk as Proven, we think some drivers with multiple fines who are still driving makes a Mockery of the System today. Save Lives.
