Deporting Foreign Criminals
Foreign criminals convicted of serious crimes (e.g. murder, rape, terrorism) should be deported to their home country from the UK to serve their sentence. As a result, they should also have their UK passport and citizenship revoked.
Theresa May has already introduced 'deport first, appeal later' and we would like the Government to further establish the power to dominate claims of breaches to Human Rights and send foreign criminals to their home countries to serve their sentence.
