Reform UK Immigration Law to Enable Rapid Removal of Illegal Entrants
We want the Government to amend the Immigration Act 1971 and related Immigration Rules so that anyone entering the UK illegally can be removed rapidly, with limited appeals, while ensuring fair treatment.
Current laws allow years of appeals under the Human Rights Act 1998 and ECHR Article 8. This delays removals, costs taxpayers, and undermines border control. Reforming these laws would restore confidence and security.
