Review trading protections for small businesses at festivals and events
We ask Parliament to review trading protections for small businesses at festivals and events to ensure they are fair. Some contracts impose full fees even if cancelled months in advance, while organisers can resell the pitch.
We believe this practice threatens small businesses, and many others, who bring diversity, energy and creativity to festivals. We are asking Parliament for fair protections in B2B contracts.
