Give students a real 2 day weekend.
Students only get one true day off — Saturday. Sundays don’t feel like rest, since school looms the next morning. A real two-day weekend would improve mental health, reduce stress, and boost focus. UK four-day week trials cut burnout by 71% and raised productivity — pupils deserve the same balance.

A genuine two-day weekend would improve mental health, reduce stress, and help pupils return refreshed and ready to learn. UK trials of a four-day working week showed 71% less burnout and higher productivity. If adults benefit, students will too.
Schools could adjust timetables slightly to recover hours, but young people deserve proper rest.
