Additional Information

The addition of a 'none of the above' option to ballot papers at the same time making voting compulsory.

This will ensure that people have an option if they don't wish to vote for any of the candidates. The advantages of this change means that protest votes are now counted and a true representation of the feelings of citizens is obtained.
