All roundabouts in England are to have the English flag displayed on them.
The English flag should be displayed, flown, or painted on every roundabout across England. Let us bring pride back to our flag—our St George’s Cross. Display it boldly, proudly, and unapologetically. Let it unite us, inspire us, and remind every community of the strength and spirit of our nation.
Our country may feel divided and struggling, but this can be a way to bring people together — to be proud to be English, and proud to live in this great nation. To restore pride in our history, to honour our nation, and to bring respect back to our flag and all that it means to fly it

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Signage and maintenance on roundabouts are a matter for the authority managing the road network on which the roundabout is situated. Depending on the roundabout in question, this could either be the local authority, or National Highways.
