Make politicians accountable for their actions in office
I want politicians not to simply be able to lie to the public and walk away after their time in office. They should be held accountable in a court of law and if required serve time prison, pay fines (from their personal accounts) and be stripped of their positions.
Politicians currently lie to the British public day in, day out. With no repercussions and then walk away after their time in office, leaving lasting damage that the citizens of the UK have to live with.
It's time individuals in government are held accountable for their actions and only then may real change occur.
