Make it mandatory for fans to be allowed paper tickets in English Football.
It should be an option for Football fans to be allowed paper tickets when attending games.
Paper tickets for Football are memories for fans, including young children, which they can cherish for the rest of their lives. It can also affect the elderly fans which may not have access to mobile phones or unable to work them, so it would only be fair to allow paper tickets if they desire.
