Only pay road tax once no matter how many vehicles you use

Additional Information

I feel it is totally unfair that each vehicle you own has to have its own road tax.

I think a far fairer way is that a person pays road tax and can then use any vehicle they own on the road (subject to having a valid licence, MOT and insurance).

After all you can only drive/ride one vehicle at a time!
