Include the Welsh Dragon in the Union Flag/Jack to represent Wales
We, the undersigned, formally request that His Majesty's Government makes provision towards amending the Union Flag/Jack in order to include the Welsh Dragon, or Y Ddraig Goch, within the centre of the flag.
Wales is the fourth Constituent Country of the United Kingdom, but is not represented within the flag which characterises the U.K.'s identity. When the flag was produced, only England, Scotland and Ireland were Constituent Countries, but the situation has since changed.
This change would make Wales feel an included and equal partner in this nation.
