Dean Farm - Say NO
This is an objection to the proposed development of Dean Farm.
Aside from the fact Dean Farm is one of Rochdale's oldest farms dating back some 400years, the proposed development has a complete disregard for the local community.
The area is already grossly over developed, with new home's being built by Wainhomes and Taylor Wimpey on Greenfield land off broad Lane. The local area is already liable to flooding with reseidents of Craiglands suffering for years. Our schools are at bursting our local roads and infrasture can not cope with strain of more homes.
Please act now to protect the identity of our local area, and stop any further destruction of our community.
