Call on the government to Re-Nationalise ALL water companies in England & wales
Re-Nationalise Water – Stop Pollution and Profits Before People
For too long private water firms have polluted our rivers, taken massive profits, and rewarded their bosses—while we, the public picks up the bill.
We want the government to start the process to Re-Nationalise water now!
In the past decade, water company executives have pocketed over £112 million in bonuses—even as sewage pollution surged.
In 2023–24 alone, £7.6 million was paid in bonuses despite widespread environmental destruction.
Shareholders received more than £1.35 billion in dividends as sewage poured into waterways for over 3.5 million hours, equating to £377 per hour of pollution. Please sign this petition.
