Repeal or amend the Online Safety Act to protect free speech and privacy
Review and amend the Online Safety Act 2023 to ensure compliance with UK GDPR, the Human Rights Act, and protections for privacy and freedom of speech.
The Act requires intrusive age checks and monitoring that risk breaching data protection, privacy, and free expression. Citizens must be able to access lawful content without surveillance or censorship.
