Enshrine core British freedoms and rights in law
Introduce a British Bill of Rights that protects core freedoms such as: speech, safety, dignity and due process. Shield these rights from repeal or erosion. Require national consensus for any changes. Uphold liberty and fairness through law. These rights belong to the people of the United Kingdom.
Our core freedoms: speech, safety, dignity, and justice. Must be protected in law, not left to political whim. A British Bill of Rights ensures these values endure across governments and generations. I want government to safeguard the rights of the British people above all, and ensure that the promises Great Britain makes to its people are upheld.
